With so many distractions in the world, if you are a busy person, it’s hard to stay focused and get tasks done. You may have planned to check your social media accounts, but then you see that someone got engaged, had a baby, got a new job and before you know it, two hours pass by! If you want to make the most out of your time, there are apps that will keep you in check. Here are seven apps that will help you stay productive.

Evernote

Available on: Mac, iOS, Android, Windows and Browser

Do you have one million screenshots in your phone? Sometimes we screenshot useful information and it can be a hassle to search our phone and get to it. Evernote makes your life easier by allowing you to save articles, notes and screenshots. It’s time to eliminate the clutter from your storage!

Google Docs

Available on: Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Browser

Google Docs is simple, but so convenient. You can create various documents in Google Drive. It’s even cooler how you can edit a document right from your phone. Everything you type is automatically saved so you never worry about losing your work, and you can share a document with multiple people in real time. How convenient for group projects?!

Any.do

Available on: Mac, iOS, Android and Browser

If you are a busybody, then this app is perfect for you. Any.do is a task management program which focuses on simple tasks and synching across multiple devices. You can break down work for you and prioritize your day. However, if you want to get the most out of this app, you will have to upgrade to a premium account.

ColorNote

Available on: Android

ColorNote is a straight-to-the-point to-do list app. You can organize certain notes by color and if you want to jot down confidential information, it gives you the option to lock it and enter in a code to unlock. This app gives you the option to create tasks and once you are done, you can check them off.

Early Bird Alarm

Available on: Android, Google Play

This Alarm clock app is great to have because it changes up the alarm sound for every alarm. This is effective because you can get used to hearing your regular alarm and snooze it. This app gives you the option to answer a math question when the alarm goes off or copy a text that is displayed on the screen.  No more waking up late!

Google Calendar

Available on: Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Browser

Google Calendar is a staple app that many people use. You can set an event or reminder. This is great to use when you want to meet with someone remotely or in person. It allows you to send that person an invite, notes on what the meeting will be about and location. You can even share what your current calendar looks like with someone to compare your free time to theirs.
